What does hosting include?
Fast, secure hosting on a global network, your domain connected, HTTPS and security headers. A monthly care allowance covers edits to your site.
What if I need more edits than my plan includes?
Extra work is €10 an hour, including VAT, or we can agree a bigger plan with you in writing.
What is not included?
Domain renewals, payment-processing fees and paid third-party services are separate, because they are charged by the providers.
Do I own my website?
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the bespoke design and code created for you transfers to you, apart from third-party licensed assets and our own pre-existing tools. The details are in our terms.
How do I ask for a change?
